A playful approach to occupational health
Our approach alternate between theory and practice with two objectives in mind: interest and awareness! The use of our sensors during the session is coupled with direct visual feedback on the efforts mobilized by the body of one or more volunteers in different situations. The reactions are immediate!
4 steps to raise awareness
The approach implemented by MOTEN is adapted to your activities and is as participatory as possible.

Understand your needs
A first meeting takes place with you to understand your issues, orient awareness on your current topics and prepare the session.

A first theoretical part
The presentation of the main concepts related to MSDs & low back pain is essential to start. We use simplified models, examples from the field and the experience of employees to generate dialogue.

A second practical part
Employees are put into a scenario (after a small warm-up) according to a plan established beforehand. The goal ? Show them directly through the sensors the consequences of certain gestures on targeted body parts!

A final part of discussions
After a review of the session, employees are free to ask any questions they wish and to test other situations not included in the program. This is an opportunity to share with them ways other ways of reducing risks!
